Dr. Reale's philosophy integrates conventional evidence based medical techniques with complimentary medicine in treating patients with orthopedic injuries. Exercise and nutrition are incorporated in all of his treatment protocols and he believes that both are essential for good health and should be used to not only prevent, but to also treat many common medical conditions. He believes that in order to maintain a healthy body, it is necessary to recognize the mind-body relationship.
